Quantum Climate Control Services is a small company. We will always be small because we have no ambition to have a fleet of 500 trucks and a revolving door of technicians working for us. This may sound strange or old fashioned, but we believe in growing from strength of real relationships with our customers, rather than gimmicky billboards and tv commercials, nor rip-off scare tactics. We don't ever want to lose the personal connections we have with our customers, nor will we ever sacrifice the level of service we provide - both of which are unfortunately inevitable when a company grows too large. We want to take care of people and make sure they get a fair shake. We have a simple philosophy: Always provide honest, reliable, high-quality service and craftsmanship at the most reasonable rates possible. These are the pillars of our business; the tenets that we base our existence on, and when you call upon us for help with an HVAC problem, we bring this philosophy to how we approach every situation we encounter.
