A WORD FROM OUR FOUNDER

Quantum Climate Control Services is a small company. We will always be small because we have no ambition to have a fleet of 500 trucks and a revolving door of technicians working for us. This may sound strange or old fashioned, but we believe in growing from strength of real relationships with our customers, rather than gimmicky billboards and tv commercials, nor rip-off scare tactics. We don't ever want to lose the personal connections we have with our customers, nor will we ever sacrifice the level of service we provide - both of which are unfortunately inevitable when a company grows too large. We want to take care of people and make sure they get a fair shake. We have a simple philosophy: Always provide honest, reliable, high-quality service and craftsmanship at the most reasonable rates possible. These are the pillars of our business; the tenets that we base our existence on, and when you call upon us for help with an HVAC problem, we bring this philosophy to how we approach every situation we encounter.

Our business is based on honesty, reliability and high quality craftsmanship. We perform residential and light commercial HVAC services: Repairs, installations, etc; second opinions and real estate HVAC inspections and related services. We are passionate about providing energy efficient options and solutions.

SERVICE AREA

We are based in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, but we are happy to repair and install systems valley-wide. Maricopa and Casa Grande are not too far for us, nor are Fountain Hills, east Mesa or Apache Junction. We have customers in Buckeye and Goodyear, Surprise and El Mirage, Anthem and Desert Ridge, Peoria and Glendale, Laveen, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, and of course Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert, and everywhere in between. History

Established in 2013.

We started our company after years of working for a well-regarded commercial-niche air conditioning service company, with the aim of bringing the high quality of service and expertise required to be successful in that high demand niche with our extreme weather environment to the everyday consumer here in the valley. 

Up to this point, we've basically been a word-of mouth business, performing all types of mostly-residential services, ranging from diagnosis of problems found on home inspections, to complete system installs, to second opinions after another company has "inspired" a call to an outfit with a more reasonable approach. 

We have always put our customers' best interests as our number one priority. Our approach is to educate our customers with as much relevant HVAC knowledge as they can handle so they can have an understanding of any problems that actually exist, and make better-informed decisions regarding repair or replacement options, return on investment, or whether anything should be done at all!

Meet the Business Owner

Kevin Konnis

I received my HVAC education locally at RSI here in Phoenix, and immediately began working and eventually managing the service department for a well-regarded critical environment cooling service company, working mostly with large computer room facilities. I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit, though - I formerly had a pool servicing side-business in Illinois, where I grew up, as well as a music production business where we put on concerts at local venues in Chicago - and at some point I realized I was at a point on my path that required starting this air conditioning service company. I pursued the education needed, passed the exams to get my state license, and having satisfied work experience requirements, I was granted a specialty contractor's license CR-39 by the state of Arizona to work with commercial and residential HVAC equipment.
